Last week was a GREAT week... I was down 3.8 lbs... I stuck to my diet throughout the weekend, which included us tailgating with the college ministry at our new chuch and weighed in this morning at 193.8! Wow 180s here I come! I am excited to be this close to my goal and determined to hit it before Sofie turns ons, only 18 more lbs to go before october 21st! I do want to say thank you to all the encouragment I have gotten the last several weeks, it has really inspired me to keep pushing for my goal!
